30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Contact us with your order number and reason before sending a return. We will provide authorization and return instructions. How to request a return

Return shipping and fees
If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping, including international shipping from the United States to France. We cover return shipping when the issue is a company error, damage or a defect. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help us assess it. We will work with you to arrange the appropriate resolution and cover the return shipping for company errors, damaged or defective items. These cases are assessed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. The unworn, unwashed, tags and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not exclude reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
